Thank you for your interest in our Sam’s Club Home catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event and making it memorable for you and your guests. The following information will be helpful in planning your event.

Off-site delivery fees range from $40-$100 + depending on size and location of event.

To serve you in the best possible way, we request a three business days’ notice for all catering events to guarantee your specific order and time. More notice, of course, is preferred. Every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute requests.

All prices are per person unless otherwise specified and do not include sales tax.

Prices subject to change and seasonality.

All services include disposable dishware, unless china service is requested. China service is available for an additional fee. Please call us to arrange this request.

Additional charges apply for special request items like flowers, rentals, service staff, or menu items.

All catering display equipment must be left for pick-up after event.

Our regular catering hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Afternoon, evening and weekend events are available so just let us know your specific needs.

If you’re looking for a custom menu outside of our regular catering menu, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to work with you to tailor a menu to your needs.

We bill all events to approved credit card or checks.

All payments are due at time of event

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for any services/items not desired. All other cancellations will be subject to charge.

Online Ordering Additional Policies:

Breakfast offered 7:00am-10:00am.
Lunch offered 10:00am- 8:30pm.
Customer must pick up at Table 29 or arrange for delivery.
Online orders not available during closed holidays and early close days.
Off-site set-ups must have a minimum order of 40 people.
